Leadership Transition Support
Not all leadership transitions require an interim executive. Almost all transitions, however, benefit from focused support that provides needed capacity and ability within the leadership team. When an interim executive is not needed, we support leadership transitions by acting as skilled change agents on behalf of the Board and CEO.
Internal leaders charged with stepping up to the next level rarely have adequate capacity to ensure that the needs of their current role and their new role are both fully met during a transition. And even with a succession plan in place, outgoing executives seldom dedicate focus to diagnosing and documenting critical opportunities for improvement.
